Spacious "cave-style" ground floor apartment with characteristic original barrel vaults and rustic style.

It features 1 large bedroom with tv, wardrobe, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a large open space area with sofa, 50 inches smart-tv and a private full kitchen, a private en-suite full bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
Free wifi and air conditioning or heating are included.

Extra bed: when the maximum occupancy is selected (5 guests) 1 extra single bed is added in the open space area next to the sofa and the surcharge is already included in the room price for 5 people; for lower occupancies (up to 4 guests) this extra single bed can be requested as an optional when making the reservation for a surcharge of 20 euro/night.

Any preferences about double/single/extra beds should be indicated when making the reservation.
Any unnecessary beds would be available as extra sofas.

Maximum number of adults allowed: 5 (including extra bed).
1 baby, up to 5 years old, can be added staying in the existing beds for a surcharge of 10 euro/night or in a cot for a surcharge of 15 euro/night (subject to availability, to be requested at the time of booking).

Self-catering private property, not shared with anyone, with a convenient supermarket nearby.
Included in the price: bed linen, towels, kitchen use, energy, special discounts for restaurants, bike rental, trips, taxi.

Parking: free parking in the streets nearby in the white lines (subject to availability, not reserved/guaranteed); alternatively you can book a private garage for a car for 10 euro/night (please check availability).
The city tax of the local government of Polignano a Mare is mandatory for all guests over 14 years old, is not included in the price and must be paid by cash at check-in: period November-March = 1 euro/person/night; period April-October = 2 euro/person/night (for stays of 7+ nights the fee is paid only for the first 6 nights).

Pets: 1 domestic pet (maximum 8 kg) is allowed for the extra price of 30 euro/night and must be indicated when making the reservation.
No parties allowed.
Smokers can stand outside the windows next to the entrance door or on the sidewalk in front, avoiding to leave odors in the property.
