With 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, large balcony with outdoor furniture and washing machine, all on one floor (1st floor with few large and comfortable steps).
All rooms are equipped with TV or smart-TV, private bathroom, air conditioning or heating, free wifi, wardrobe and/or desk; some also feature a private sitting area or patio and a multi-functional shower with colortherapy.
 
List of bedrooms included in this accommodation:
- Deluxe Suite with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, max 4 guests;
- Classic Suite with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, max 3 guests;
- Superior Double* with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed or 2 single beds with possibility of adding 1 extra single bed, max 3 guests;
- Comfort Double Room with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed, max 2 guests.
 
The desired number of the guests in each room and any preferences about double/single beds should be indicated when making the reservation.
Any unwanted or unnecessary bedrooms will be closed.
* the surcharge for the extra bed is already included in the price when the maximum occupancy is selected (12 people), while for a lower number of guests (up to 11 people) it is not included and if you want an extra bed you must request it at the time of booking (surcharge 30 euro/night).
 
Maximum number of adults allowed: 12.
Up to a maximum of 4 babies, up to 5 years old, can be added staying in the existing beds for a surcharge of 10 euro/night or in a cot for a surcharge of 15 euro/night (only one cot available, subject to availability, to be requested at the time of booking).
 
Self-catering private property, not shared with anyone, with a convenient supermarket next door.
Included in the price: bed linen, towels, kitchen use, energy, special discounts for restaurants, bike rental, trips, taxi.
Optional: by request it is possible to add a typical breakfast served daily on site, for a surcharge of 7 euro/person/night with a minimum total of 40 euro/night: this must be requested in the same day when the reservation is made, while later it can not be an option anymore.
 
Parking: free parking in some streets in front and nearby in the white lines (subject to availability, not reserved/guaranteed); alternatively you can book a private garage for a car for 10 euro/night (please check availability).
The city tax of the local government of Polignano a Mare is mandatory for all guests over 14 years old, is not included in the price and must be paid by cash at check-in: period November-March = 1 euro/person/night; period April-October = 2 euro/person/night (for stays of 7+ nights the fee is paid only for the first 6 nights).
 
No pets or parties are allowed.
For smokers an outdoor space is available on the large balcony.
